Low birthweight rates have declined among babies with RIte Care coverage from 8.7% to 8.2% over the past 15 years. Infant mortality rates have remained steady among babies with RIte Care (6.5 to 6.8) over the past decade & remains well below the uninsured rate of 19.1 per 1,000 live births.
