• Mike Hendry has been working in financial services for twenty-five years, the last twenty of

those in IT or business-change-related roles. A fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS) and Chartered IT Professional, Mike was a founding member of the BCS Specialist Group in Business Change and secretary for the BCS Special Interest Group in Software Testing. He has built three testing organizations in two premier insurance companies in the UK and in Unum, a Fortune 500 company in the US. Mike’s past positions have included business analyst, project manager, release manager—and for a bit of fun, bartender for ten years.
