Registration procedure: A Registration tool is currently prepared in Austria. There is a common “landing page” for the Engineers Day and the FEANI GAM, but the pages themselves are independent from each other. So participants from the other organisations will be led by the invitations / website texts etc. from ECCE and ECEC only to the relevant link (EngDay registration), not to the common landing page. All 3 Organisations will have access to the (registration) data.

Common statement: Text blocks of the aspects most relevant for them shall be provided by the three

  • rganisations and sent to the ECEC Secretariat until end of June if possible .

The ECEC Secretariat will draft a text which will be finalized in an editing meeting. Public relations/media:

  • ECEC (Austrian Chamber) will approach/invite Austrian media.
  • FEANI will approach/invite European journalist.
  • Slovenian “Tivi for Engineers” will be contacted by ECEC / Slovenian Chamber

in regard to the possiblity of videorecording the conference.

  • Additionally the Austrian Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering

Consultants will check the possibility of a small clip with interviews delivering important messages on Engineering Excellence that would be useful for the
