- Perform daily assessment at home prior to every evaluation, practice or game
(inform Coach or Team Manager if there is a health concern)
- Players to wear masks upon arrival and departure
- Drop Off at WT3 stairs and Pick Up at WT2 gate (goalies may use WT2 gate only)
- Parents to wear masks when on sideline and unable to maintain social distancing
- Initial games to be played in pod format with one other town (2-3 games)
- 2 guests per player at home games; away games subject to host team protocols
- Reminder: turf fields are owned and controlled by the Board of Education

PARENT CONDUCT
We MUST have a Safety Parent at each practice & a Game Parent at each game
SAFETY & GAME PARENTS
Safety Parent Responsibilities:
✓ Arrive 15 minutes early to practice ✓ Sit on the field - not in car or outside of fence ✓ Bring: charged cell phone, chair, book, etc. ✓ Help with ice packs & bandages if necessary ✓ Remind players to pick up bottles & garbage ✓ Stay until the last player has been picked up
Game Parent Responsibilities:
✓ Stand on the sidelines with the team ✓ Help with ice packs & bandages if necessary ✓ Keep track of score & time if no field clock ✓ Stay until the last player has been picked up See Volunteer Tab on our website for more details NEW: This year we will be assigning Safety and Game Parents instead of asking for volunteers. If you have a conflict with your assigned date you are welcome to switch with another parent. If you are uncomfortable filling your role due to COVID-19, we ask that you find a replacement. More information and date assignments will be sent soon.
Team Managers are needed for all 5th-8th Grade Teams Responsibilities Include:
✓ Act as a liaison between team parents and Coach. ✓ Notify Coach when players are unable to make a game. ✓ Work with all other Team Managers to throw End-of-season Banquet. See Volunteer Tab on our website for more details
