RA RAIDER NATION 2020 SENIOR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT ZACH GEESAMAN: BASEBALL Position: CATCHER Zach has great talent, is a team leader, and maintains the Atholton tradition of quality backstops. While Zach’s primary spot is catcher, he has been the consummate team player by playing both 1 st and 3 rd between starts behind the plate. Zach’s bat will be missed in the middle of the lineup. He will have an outstanding career at Salisbury. Favorite memory while at A-town: driving in the winning run against Marriotts Ridge on senior night last year.

RA RAIDER NA NATION N 2020 SENI ENIOR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT CHAEL ORLOSKY : BA MICH BASEBA BALL Position: PITCHER, 1 ST BASE, AND RIGHT FIELD Mike has an exemplary dedication to his skill development, weight training, and filling any role the team needs. He was in position for a great senior season, primarily as a pitcher. He is a versatile player that could fill in where ever needed. Mike was also a member of the boys’ soccer team at Atholton. He will be attending Maryland in the fall. Favorite memory while at A-town: Hanging with the team during offseason weight lifting

RA RAIDER NATION 2020 2020 SENIOR OR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT MICH CHAEL BURTON: BASEBALL Position: 2 nd & 3 rd Base Mikey’s development over the last 2 years, particularly on defense has been truly noteworthy. After playing a high caliber second base as a junior, Mikey willingly accepted his new role as the primary third baseman. It is this team first mentality as well as his talent that makes Mikey a leader that will be missed. I look forward to hearing about Mikey’s future success playing at Virginia Wesleyan. Favorite memory: playing in the regional championship game my junior year.

RA RAIDER NATION 2020 2020 SENIOR OR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT ANDREW ORLOSKY : BA AN BASEBA BALL Position: PITCHER & OUTFIELD Andy emerged as one of the top relievers on the pitching staff in the 2019 season. He also made several big plays in the outfield that were crucial in our run to the regional championship game. Andy was set to retain his role as one of the top pitchers and compete for a starting outfield spot. He was also a member of the boys’ soccer team at Atholton. Andy will be attending University of Maryland: Computer Engineering program. Favorite Memory: Clutch save against River Hill during junior year.

RA RAIDER NATION 2020 2020 SENIOR OR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT BENJI THALHEIMER : BA BE BASEBA BALL Position: PITCHER & SHORTSTOP Benji has been a centerpiece in the Atholton rotation since his sophomore year. In every big game, Benji knew he was getting the ball and never failed to impress. Benji’s competitive nature makes him a natural leader in the dugout. Following the team player culture, Benji took on filling in at 1 st base as well as short stop in between pitching starts. Benji has a bright future playing at Salisbury. Favorite memory at A-town was last years 2019 season.

RA RAIDER NATION 2020 2020 SENIOR OR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT CKHORN : BA JOEY DUCK BASEBA BALL Position: PITCHER & OUTFIELD Joey had one of the most clutch performances of our season last year. Joey was not slated to start against Centennial in our playoff game, but an injury put Joey into the lineup. He didn’t miss a beat, making plays in right field and chalking up a hit in the 2-0 victory. Joey will be attending in Fall: West Virginia University Favorite memory at A-town: beating Centennial in last years playoff game.

RA RAIDER NATION 2020 2020 SENIOR OR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT CHRIS BOOKTER : BA CH BASEBA BALL Position: OUTFIELD Chris is undoubtedly one of the best athletes in the county which translated to making outstanding play after play in centerfield in 2019. Chris’ range and speed shut down innings and kept runners off the bases in a stout defense. I look forward to hearing about Chris’ success playing football at Susquehanna. Favorite memory at A-town was being with his teammates on and off the diamond.

RA RAIDER NATION 2020 2020 SENIOR OR SP SPORT-LI LIGHT CILOSKI : BA TONY PUCI BASEBA BALL Position: Pitcher & Right Field Tony possessed the bulldog mentality that coaches look for. No matter the situation, Tony never let the moment overcome him and he would just get the job done. Nothing illustrates this better than Tony’s walk off hit early in the season against Long Reach and again in a quality pitching performance in the Centennial playoff game. Tony will be attending CCBC in the fall. Favorite memory at A-town: was the April 1st 2019 game vs Long Reach with a walk off hit to win the game.
