  • Continue your efforts at branding

downtown Georgetown as a quaint destination. We will never be Fredericksburg, but we should learn from their efforts, marketing, and mistakes.

  • Could use more multiple

apartments and condos downtown or in the immediate area that would consist of mixed incomes.

  • More signs from the highway and

major roads leading from all directions.
