− September 2017 – submitted planning amendments for stadium and first phase of residential development − November 2017 – main site cleared of tenants − December 2017 – planning amendments approved by London Borough of Hounslow − February 2018 – revised planning permission received − March 2018 – ground-breaking ceremony held − April 2018 – start of stadium construction and first construction newsletter delivered

− Still part of Willmott Dixon family − Relaunched as EcoWorld London (70% owned by EcoWorld International) − Aim to deliver 10,000 new homes across London and South East across 12 sites (with an estimated gross development value of £2.6bn) − Already delivered 3 developments in London (in partnership with Ballymore)
