Ensuring all youth have access to healthy adults builds resiliency. Practicing and teaching mindfulness is a tool to develop resiliency. Self, family, school, community 14 Differences Mindfulness: Concentration- Relaxation- Being fully present in a Focused attention on Doing something you moment.
