  4. Anterior chamber Bounded anteriorly by the cornea and posteriorly by lens and iris. Pathologies include: • Rupture of the globe • Hemorrhage: also known as anterior hyphema • Cataract • Keratitis: inflammation of the cornea • Periorbital cellulitis Lens Posterior chamber A very small area posterior to the iris. Posterior chamber cannot be discerned on imaging. Pathologies include: • Glaucoma • Uveitis • Ciliary melanoma.
