  • Any deviations of team travel plans need to be requested before and will be

at your own expense

  • We will do our very best to accommodate personal coaches/IST to ensure high

performance preparation is continued

  • Please refer to the Team Coach / Personal IST Policy and Selection for Major

Events

  • All personal coaches will have to sign a Personal Coach Agreement form prior to

arrival in London

  • Unfortunately, there is no guarantee for accreditations, venue passes or tickets
  • Personal coaches are responsible for their own meals
