Compr ehensive Plan Compr ehensive Plan Involving community members in the planning process from an early date allows them to identify more closely with the process and the Plan, which is necessary for successful project implementation. Public participation includes public meetings & workshops, stakeholder interviews and surveys. Obtaining feedback from the public will allow the Advisory Committee to better understand the Town’s assets and liabilities.
