really difficult – climate change mitigation is not a “bolt-on” it requires societal change

The pathways were not

designed to meet the budget - they express what is technologically feasible now, at the modelled levels of ambition

There is a need for further

innovation in finance, business models, behaviour and technology…but there is much that can be done now
