We are a UK based second opinion service created by Consultant Neurophysiologist, Dr. Arvin Rodrigues. We arrange expert second opinions, giving patients a true picture of their condition and assist them on their road to recovery. Our ethos is to provide an efficient and easy to use service so that all patients can gain a trusted second opinion within 2 weeks.
Many of the patients sent to us have this “gut feeling” that a historic diagnosis given to them does notquite fit with theirsymptoms, or thatthe treatment prescribed is notreally working. These patients are often pushed from pillar to post with no access to expert opinions and novel treatments, until now... Your knowledge and experience has the potential to change these people’s lives. Patients will upload their relevant clinical data, including results of complementary diagnostic tests onto our secure online platform. You will scrutinize the information and provide an expert second opinion.
Our assistants work tirelessly in the background so your time is not wasted doing mundane administrative work. We support patients at one end and you at the other. We also act as a conduit between you and the patient for smooth and effective transfer of information.

Our medium term goal is to be the leading UK resource centre for rare diseases.
If you are unable to provide a second opinion without seeing and examining the patient, we will offer the patient a “Second Opinion Consultation”. You will receive additional compensation for this and there will be no extra costs to the patient
