rink has been able to keep the pool open. So now we are confronting a situation where, if we cannot do any other development on the site, we do not have a viable operation.

Recommendation : Building Height will be expressed in both storeys and equivalent AHD. An explanatory note of what RL-- AHD is and the overall maximum building height should be no higher than RL 645 AHD – (Approx 55 metres - 15 -16 floors ) for buildings in the centre and blocks adjacent to the Transport corridor (Callam Street)
