The downtown hub of the city-wide trails system with a 3.2 mile walking, jogging and cycling trail, closing the gap between two of our major trails and creating 22 miles of uninterrupted trail. The Town Branch Commons is all- inclusive of trail access points, a series of parks, historic sites, and other public spaces. Including:
- Town Branch Trail, this trail runs
through the Commons and is a multi- modal path which will be the urban link to a city-wide trails system.
- Town Branch Park, Lexington’s
premier public space as a green oasis in downtown, an active space serving all types of users, and a pivot point for a city-wide trails system.
