Existing Parlor Floor Windows at the Rear Wall Extention
Existing rear windows are double hung aluminum windows in bad condition. The existing exterior wood moldings and frame are to remain. Existing rear windows are double hung aluminum windows in a bad state of repair. Aluminum Panning over the wood brick molding will be removed. The existing wood moldings are assumed to be in poor condition and will need to be replaced. The exposed wood moldings and frame for the two left-hand windows on the 2nd Floor are exposed and in very bad condition.
