  8. touchCMA and Web CMA Enhancements • Newly-enhanced web presentation • Select or deselect a comp from the listing detail, as well as from the search results list or quick detail view • The listing detail is now an overlay instead of a new window or tab. • “Copy to Custom Comp” copies all photos (not just the main one). • The colors associated with listing statuses have been changed to match industry standard.

Office 365’s Exchange Online • Offers sync of all email, calendar and tasks across devices • One location for all your synced contacts • Launching at the end of this month for $6 • Full Office Professional Pro 365 subscription available soon thereafter for $20 • Future Features: Exchange Online data will be integrated with all recently developed and future applications where appropriate.

  10. iPhone Search App Features include:  Google Maps integration to show nearby properties.  “X-Out” option to remove properties from appearing in search results.  Rating of homes that can be shared with their broker.  Driving directions between multiple properties.  Will launch end of next month.  Android version coming in May.
