Unique Cottages makes it a breeze for anyone to reward themselves with the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of: ◦ For each of the 12 unique cottages we offer an individual architectural plan designed by Geoff George from KLG architects. Geoff is one of the leading experts in West Coast architecture. ◦ Unique Cottages caters to suit various tastes and budgets, allowing you as the homeowner the freedom to tailor the finishes and features of your authentic fishermen-styled cottage to your unique needs and requirements. ◦ Pricing for each of the 12 unique cottages includes pre-defined interior finishes. However, buyers are encouraged to adapt the interior design to suit their unique needs and tastes, allowing them to alter the interior of the concept designs to best serve their personal lifestyle. Should the alterations be more expensive than the pre-defined designs, the difference in cost will be for the buyer’s own account. Most houses also come with a design which includes the option to extend the cottage with an additional bedroom / bathroom, allowing the buyer the freedom to start with a smaller sized unit with the possibility to add an additional room when the need arises
