We, the company Büscherhoff special packaging are one of the leading companies with regards to the production of special film packaging. In three production sites 250 employees produce a diversified spectrum of special film packaging materials. Additionally we have three existing and two in the build up phase sales and service

We are an independent company, which has developed the Multilayer Flexitank and introduced it into the market. With the help of much experience made during last years regarding the production of Flexitanks, we have developed one of the highest-quality
- Flexitank. Our Flexitanks are TÜV-approved, FDA-conform and they are being made in
a DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 certified production.

What we produce?
The product range offered by us includes the film production, FFS-block bags and container liners for installation in 20’ - 40’ containers up to our Flexitanks with a volume from 10,000 to 28,000 litres. » Extrusion On our extrusion lines we manufacture several different films. From normal tube film to Coex- films up to our patented electric “conductive grid film”. » FFS - Blockbags For bulk materials of 10 - 50 kg we produce special equipped bag packaging solutions of tube film or flat film well adapted for the needs and requirements from sides of our customers.

What we produce?
» Inliner We produce your individual Inliner out of very different materials such as Polyethylene and Polypropylene films, aluminium laminated films (PET-ALU-PE), barrier films as EVOH and PA, conductive PE grid film, also laminated with ALU. The Inliners are being used to protect the filled material as inlay for Big Bags, drums and octabins, sewn-in or drawn-in.

What can be transported? You can transport many different liquids from the foodstuff and chemical industry, not falling under the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances. » Chemical materials: oils, emulsions, dispersions, latex, silicones, silicates, colours etc. » Foodstuff materials: wines, edible oils, fruit juices, concentrates, molasses, water etc. Limited Flexitanks are limited due to the maximal weight of the container or trucks. We provide
- ur Flexitanks for different volumes from 10,000 litres up to 28,000 litres. So we can
react to the different specific weights of the liquids. One other limitation is the container construction, thus Flexitanks can be only transported in Heavy Duty
- Container. We plan to break this limitation with our new developed form-stable
Flexitank.
