Resale of hydraulic components

• CHROMIUM PLATED BARS AND TUBES/PISTON RODS

We offer various chromium-plated piston rods/rods that are used for the production of hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders and guides. You can choose among dimensions from Ø 6mm to Ø 200mm and also in inches. We offer them in various materials like: CK – 45, 42Crmo4, 20Mnv6, INOX, Nikrom, hardened steel and twice chromium-plated. The

(it depends on the piston rod diameter). In more difficult working conditions (construction, mining, farming, forestry, etc.), we recommend induction hardening or twice chromium-plated rods. In extreme weather conditions, chromium-plated piston rods are used in the material INOX or Nikrom. Our piston rods comply with the highest standards, are made of quality materials and are also appropriately certified. Here at Mapro, as the leading manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders, we are aware that the installation of quality hydraulic materials (components) is very important, which is why we only install piston rods of the highest quality in our cylinders. We can cut piston rods to the desired dimensions or treat them according to your requirements.

• TUBES FOR HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

Cold drawn seamless pipes are made for the production of cylinders using the material ST – 52.3, BK+S, DIN 2391. The tolerance for the inner treatment is H8. We also offer pipes with an internal diameter from Ø 30mm to Ø 300mm. Pipes are protected with a special oil against corrosion. Pipes must be stored at a constant room temperature and make sure that they are not affected by major temperature differences. The accumulation of condensate can thus be prevented. Also make sure that they are properly stored in the horizontal position. The bending of pipes can thus be prevented. All pipes in

• ur sales programme have certificates. We can cut pipes to the desired dimensions or treat them according to your

requirements.

• HYDRAULIC SEALS

There are several types of cylinder seals. They vary according to their shape, material and installation method as well as the

• perating temperature range and pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic seals decrease loss of liquids in hydraulic parts,

which is why they have an important impact on the efficiency of hydraulic systems. Main types of hydraulic seals are:

• Rod wipers
• Semicompact rod seals
• Piston seals
• Rod/piston seals
• Static seals
• V-rings
• Guide rings
• O-seals and anti-extrusion rings
• Rotary seals
• Seals for flanges
• Other hydraulic seals: temperature seals, viton seals, silicone seals, teflon seals, seals for high pressure,

• ROD ENDS

Rod ends are used for mounting a cylinder. We have several types of ends: for moulding on a piston rod or bottom of a cylinder, for screwing on a piston rod or in a piston rod (internal or external thread). Sliding heads are in various dimensions with various diameters of joint bearings that have an installed connector for lubrication of it on the side of the head. We can also offer you just the housings for rod ends without the bearing.

• BEARINGS

From our complete range, you can choose among various types of sliding bearings. Bearings vary according to sealing, size and width of the bearing. You can choose among self-lubricating and lubricating bearings. All our bearings are compliant with ISO standards.

• BUSHES

Sliding heads as well as bushings can be used in the manufacture of hydraulic cylinders for the installation of a cylinder, and you can find them in our programme. We offer several types of bushings:

• teflon bushings (self-lubricating bushings),
• lubricating bushings,
• cemented bushings (steel bushings),
• hardened bushings (steel bushings).

Bushings are not only used for the installation of hydraulic cylinders but also as guides for various rotating axes. We recommend cemented or steel bushings on cylinders installed on various construction machines (excavators, diggers), as they can bear extreme loads.

• SEMI PARTS FOR HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

If you want to make your own hydraulic cylinder, we are the right place for providing you with all of the components for hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinder components are essential for quality operation of a cylinder. Since we want our cylinder components to be manufactured to the highest quality, we use only the best materials that are treated by modern CNC machine tools. Key components for cylinder operation are:

• cylinder head,

• bottom,
• welded port,
• rod end,
• flange,
• pivot.

• HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS

Since our programme also includes hydraulic log splitters, we can supply them to you and provide professional advice for choosing multipliers, hydraulic valves and hydraulic gear pumps.

Production of hydraulic cylinders

We develop, design and manufacture hydraulic cylinder with piston diameters up to approx. 300 mm and strokes of up to about 5000 mm. We handle every stage for you, from engineering and production through to assembly testing. Our cylinders are available in many versions. Type:
