  4. Book Lists 2016 • Standard pack issued by school Includes: • Pencils, crayons, books, rulers etc • Thrass chart • Berwick Fields Primary School Diary • Mathletics software program Respect, Co operation, Friendliness and Enthusiasm

  6. CSEF In 2015 changes to Government funding means that EMA has been discontinued, families will no longer receive assistance with school related costs. School Uniform • Compulsory for all students • Developed by the School community • White & Royal blue Polo shirts with Logo • Black Pants & shorts, no basketball shorts • Long hair to be tied back no jewellery Uniform is available from P rimary S chool W ear (PSW) direct or through school shop Operates at school Monday PM & Friday AM Respect, Co operation, Friendliness and Enthusiasm

  8. Excursions One per Term based on classroom topics. Average cost is $20 students usually leave the school. School uniform is required. 2-3 weeks notice is given for payment which can be made via our QKR app. Parent participation is welcome on excursions . Preschool children are not allowed.   9. Swimming Program Intensive program for Prep- 2’s 2016 estimated cost $85. Students go every day and are placed into groups of approx. 5-7 students depending on their ability as assessed by swimming instructors. Students are taken by buses to and from Casey RACE swimming pool. Groups may change during the program . Parent help is encouraged Respect, Co operation, Friendliness and Enthusiasm

  10. School Canteen • Currently operates on Monday, Thursday and Friday for recess and lunch. • Canteen is operated by Jude Food Corporation • Orders can be placed via our QKR app. • There is a summer and winter menu. • Current year prices will be sent home in early Term 1 & Term 4. • Recess and lunch tubs are collected by students and all food is eaten in class.   12. Parent Engagement Group • Parent Engagement group currently are meeting once a month, for approx 1 hour, toddlers are welcome. • Involved in: • Mothers day/fathers day stall, reading, classroom helpers etc • Many hands make light work. Respect, Co operation, Friendliness and Enthusiasm
