FIND CONNECT HELP PAY Landlords & to jobs & for housing Apartments services Help people quickly Help access services Help people pay for find housing within so people can stay in housing short term one month or less housing CONNECT households to services BUILD relationships with landlords, PAY for security deposits, rent and and supports in the community, FIND and secure housing, LIMIT utilities, length of assistance varies HELP resolve issues that threaten a the time a family is homeless families housing stability
