  7. SERVICE DETAILS PAGE When added, buttons are activated to make a direct referral, or to signpost the customer. If service doesn’t allow a type of referral, a button won’t be shown.

  8. REFERRAL COMPLETE! Once done, the referral is complete. If a direct referral, and email will be received at the address specified by the service .

  9. REFERRAL COMPLETE! Self referrals are sent to the customer’s phone or email. Here is an example of what the customer will see- note, the name of the lead/ referral criteria etc contact is not displayed to the customer.
