Racing Season

• Be prepared for all weather conditions
• Rowers must be at river 90-minutes before race
• Rowers will typically compete in 1500-meter

races and then complete a 40-minute mandatory post race workout after the Flicks

• Races and Regatta may be canceled due to

Weather

• Rowers must have the same uniform to compete
• Rowers must remain until the varsity boats race
• Check weather forecast and dress appropriately.

Weather permitting, we will have our tent and sides setup for shelter throughout the race day

• Please do not enter Crescent Boat club, the house

is reserved for members, events and the rowers

• Shuttle service is provided from parking areas to

the race course

Tent Expectations

• Trailer arrives on location at designated Chuck Wagon parking time
• Parent

Volunteers

• Unload trailer and setup tent before the first Roman races begin
• Cook prepared foods for rowers
• Maintain Tent Area and Supplies
• Assist with tent break down and clean
• Rowers not able to arrive at the tent for food will have food and snacks provided to them at

Crescent

• Excess food can be consumed by parents and spectators of Roman Catholic, please alert us if your

rower hasn’t eaten

• Adhere to all posted signage, smoking bans, parking restrictions
• Please think GREEN and limit single-use trash and encourage recycling
• Promote Roman Catholic by conducting positive cheering and encouragement for all athletes
