Digital Agenda Books

• Notability app
• Backup to APS Google Drive
• Students will record daily HW assignments while in

class within app.

• Can take pictures and add to note

Electronic Class Materials

• Google Classroom
• Students get access code to enroll into course from their

teachers.

• Receive specific class and homework assignment materials.
• Students electronically submit work back to their teachers.
• Students will have apps on iPads and will receive

notifications about assignments.

• Notifications need to be turned on.

• Bring iPad home every day and bring iPad fully charged to

school every day.

• Bring iPad to every class. Store in gym lockers for PE.
• Submit Student Tech. Request through WMS homepage

for any technical help or damage.

• Demonstrate positive digital citizenship while using all

APS technology resources.

• Lock screen should an image of the student or a way to

identify them.

Understanding the APS iPad

• Filtering server.
• More filters while on APS wifi.
• App Store can’t be found on iPad.
• Apps are vetted by ITC and approved apps go into

the app catalog for students to download.

• Request form for parents to request app for their child only.
