What Our Staff is Saying:
“The Care Team nurse has communicated with me several times and we
have coordinated interaction with the child. I would argue that, as a result, this child’s attendance has been excellent, and her medical
follow-up, when warranted, is very good.” – WJCC Nurse “We are so grateful for our partnership with the Care Team. The Care Team is invaluable in addressing the health of adult family members which has a direct impact on our children.” – WJCC Principal
