  • The Planning Commission held a public

hearing on February 28, 2017.

  • Several residents spoke at the meeting

– Concerns about increased traffic on 5500 West – Request for a wall along the north property line – Long range plans for development along SR92

  • The Commission voted 4-2 to recommend

approval.
