Morning Assembly

  • Pupils are to remain at the canteen or bus

bay when they report to school before 7.15am.

  • At 7.15am, a chime will be played – signal

for pupils to proceed to the hall.

  • By 7.20am, pupils are to be seated in the

hall for QUIET TIME. Pupils should read a book while waiting for assembly to start.

Latecoming

  • Morning assembly will start at 7.30 am.
  • Pupils who come after 7.30 am are considered

late.

  • Persistent latecomers will be issued with a

warning letter.

Recess Assembly

  • Pupils should stop playing and proceed to the

assembly area 5 minutes before end of recess (first chime).

  • Pupils to sit down quietly in twos and wait for

Dismissal

  • School ends at 1.45 p.m. daily. If your child is

going home by foot, please wait for her/him at the side gate of the Entrance / Exit.

  • Street 32 is known as the Entrance
  • Street 34 is known as the Exit
  • Please do not change your child’s mode of

transport.

  • Please be punctual to pick up your child.

School Attire

  • The school tie must be worn every day for assembly

with the school uniform unless pupils have PE or Get Active! on that day.

  • Pupils may remove their tie when they reach the

classroom.

  • For the school PE attire, the polo T-shirt must be

tucked in.

  • Only school socks or plain white socks without any

label or logo are allowed to be worn with white canvas shoes. Socks must cover the ankle.

  • Nametags must be sewn above the school crest on

all shirts/blouses/PE attire. New nametags can be

General Appearance

  • Hair must be neat. No fancy haircut allowed.
  • Only a small pair round ear-studs or earrings

are allowed for girls.

  • Hair accessories must be black.

Handphones

  • Handphones must be switched off during school

hours.

  • Must seek permission of teachers to use phone after

school for necessary calls/messages.

  • Handphones should not be used for playing games or

listening to music.

  • Consequence for misuse of handphones – It will be

confiscated and parents have to come to school to claim it personally from the General Office.

Traffic Management – Dropping

(Reason: To reduce traffic congestion and inconvenience to all)
