are in progress so that they can be energised.

• Scheduled period for P5 is from 9 am to 9.30 am
• Parents are to pack healthy snacks for their child. The

Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) endorsed by the Health Promotion Board can be used to guide your purchases of healthy snacks for your child.

• Snacks should be nutritious and may include sandwiches,

biscuits, buns, muesli bars, dried fruits and nuts, raisins, prunes, dates or fruits.

• Cooked food and items need to be chilled (eg sushi) are not

allowed to prevent food contamination.
