- Single rooms ensuite for officials
- Double rooms ensuite for the players
- All covered by entry fee from Sun (15th) to Sat (21st)
- Extra nights for Sat (14th) and/ or (Sun 22nd) cost extra
- Rooms available in the following priority:
1) officials, players and invited guests 2) life time members 3) if enough capacity: spouses and extra players (detail information possible after the informal agreement)
Tasks during the week
- Sunday evening „ICEBREAKER“-dinner with traditional
berlin food and some drinks
- Breakfast in the morning will be held in the central kitchen
- Every lunch and dinner served in the tournament hall
- During the rounds we are serving coffee, water and snacks
- Wednesday afternoon sightseeing tours
- Tuesday and Thursday ladies program and TL-meeting
- On Friday Blitz and closing ceremony/ banquet
- Every evening, the bar in the tournament hall will be open
till 10pm
Payments
- Entry fee for officials, players and spouses = 330 € each
- Extra night = 15 € each
- Formal invitation is sended
- Informal agreement necessary till March, 15th 2019

Notice
- In the bar, only cash is accepted (no credit cards)
- But don‘t worry: In the barracks, there is a cash maschine! ☺
