Accommodation

  • Single rooms ensuite for officials
  • Double rooms ensuite for the players
  • All covered by entry fee from Sun (15th) to Sat (21st)
  • Extra nights for Sat (14th) and/ or (Sun 22nd) cost extra
  • Rooms available in the following priority:

1) officials, players and invited guests 2) life time members 3) if enough capacity: spouses and extra players (detail information possible after the informal agreement)

Tasks during the week

  • Sunday evening „ICEBREAKER“-dinner with traditional

berlin food and some drinks

  • Breakfast in the morning will be held in the central kitchen
  • Every lunch and dinner served in the tournament hall
  • During the rounds we are serving coffee, water and snacks
  • Wednesday afternoon sightseeing tours
  • Tuesday and Thursday ladies program and TL-meeting
  • On Friday Blitz and closing ceremony/ banquet
  • Every evening, the bar in the tournament hall will be open

till 10pm

Payments

  • Entry fee for officials, players and spouses = 330 € each
  • Extra night = 15 € each
  • Formal invitation is sended
  • Informal agreement necessary till March, 15th 2019

  • In the bar, only cash is accepted (no credit cards) 
