Why we need salvation: Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

How God provided salvation: Romans 5:8 declares, "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

How we can receive salvation: Romans 10:9, "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

Results of salvation: Romans 5:1 "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 8:1 "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:38-39, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

12 “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are

• helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be

dominated by anything. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.” 1 Corinthians 10:31: “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”

1 Corinthians 3:11-15… For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test, ]the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 4:5… Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.

Romans 14:10–12 says, “For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. . . . So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God”

2 Corinthians 5:10… For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
