Team Goals

• Cadet Impact Goals:

Last year’s goals

• Unit will conduct at least four fundraising events
• The Corps will conduct at least four flag raising ceremonies
• School Impact Goals:
• The unit will complete at least five APTs
• At least 70% of the cadets will participate in at least one

extracurricular activity

• Community Impact Goals:
• At a minimum, the unit will conduct four community service events

involving at least 25 cadets

• Unit will complete at least 2,200 hours of community service

➢ Last year completed: 3,177 ➢ 87+ Events: Military Family Support Group, Sporting events, Veteran’s Day Celebrations, Parent-Teacher Conf, Parades, Surprise City Clean-up, DVHS beautification, etc. ➢ Big event participations averaged 30+ cadets

Community Service

Physical Fitness

• Goal: Increase Productivity/Team Building
• Weekly PT
• Conducted team leadership learning exercises
• Presidential Fitness Assessments (pre/post)
• Field Day: Participate in other school field day events
• Sports Day: DVHS annual Sports Day around end of

April.

Helps pay for Combat Dining In, Military Ball, trips, food, T-shirts, etc. Last year team conducted: 4 x Car Washes 1 x Value Card sales 1 x Wrestling Snack bar 1 x Cardinal’s Stadium Sale 1 x Diamondbacks game 1 x Bataan Memorial Death March
