YORK STREET PHASE 1 RK STREET PHASE 1, ST STATE HIGHW E HIGHWAY 22 224 4 TO EAST 78TH IMPR EAST 78TH IMPROVEMENTS EMENTS PR PROJECT OJECT August 2020 – Fall 2021 Project Over Project Ov ervie view This project will improve safety, capacity, traffic circulation, and drainage of the roadway from State Highway 224 to East 78th Avenue, as well as updating existing water and sanitation facilities. ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities will also be constructed adjacent to the roadway and an underpass will be installed. • Construction set to begin August 19, 2020 • Surveying, wildlife survey, erosion control • Project will be completed in the Fall of 2021 • Project awarded to HEI Civil for $10,473,874
