This project will improve safety, capacity, traffic circulation, and drainage of the roadway from State Highway 224 to East 78th Avenue, as well as updating existing water and sanitation facilities. ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities will also be constructed adjacent to the roadway and an underpass will be installed.

a pedestrian underpass under Highway 224 and landscaping York St.
