words and phrases, such as cuisine, élite, faux pas, R.S.V.P., gourmet, debris, camouflage, boulevard, and naïve.

International Red Cross, and Doctors Without Borders. It is also the international language of cooking, fashion, theatre, visual arts, dance, and architecture.

  • A business language! Many companies have headquarters in both the US and

France, such as Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Apple, Michelin, Renault, Bic, and more!
