  7. 7:15am - Get up – children make their own beds 8:00am - Breakfast and briefing for day 9:15am - Main activities start (Brimham Rocks, canoeing) Midday - Packed lunch at the centre 1:30pm - Second Activity (Treasure Hunt, orienteering) 4:00pm - Back to centre, sort out clothes. 5:00pm - Showers 6.00pm - Evening meal 7.00 – 8.30pm - Evening activity (orienteering or nightline) 9:00pm - Supper – hot drink and a snack 9:30pm - To dormitories 9:45-10:00pm - Lights out (torch time to settle)

  14. IMPORTANT REMINDERS ‘Old’ clothes, trainers,layers Warm gloves, hat and scarf Sun cream/hat Strong, windproof jacket or anorak Torch Small rucksack and water bottle Torch

  15. • Electronic toys and games • Money • Mobile Telephones • Valuable items that may be lost or broken • Food of their own

  16. Dietary requirements catered for. Medication handed to Ms Smith on the morning we go. We must have a doctors note and medicine must be named.
