It will be held in June 2020 in Cagliari, in the South of Sardinia (Italy). We are proud to have taken up the baton from previous INCOME organizers and to have risen to the challenge. We are deeply committed to making the upcoming event unforgettable. INCOME first edition was held in Košice (Slovakia) in 1993. It was the inaugural debut of a conference that launched Chemistry induced by mechanical forces in the circle of principal international events regarding Chemistry and Materials Science. Every three years on the average, INCOME has been the essential discussion board for the community
- f scientists focused on the physics and chemistry of transformations
activated and driven by the input of mechanical energy. After 27 years, INCOME will celebrate the historical achievement of 10 editions under the powerful thrust of enthusiasm for the new flowering
- f studies in the field, already sensed during the 9th INCOME held in
Košice (Slovakia) in 2017. The recent approval of the COST Action CA18112 - Mechanochemistry for Sustainable Industry provides us the ideal tool to strengthen interactions while involving new actors from both science and industry. In collaboration with the COST Action coordinator and committees, INCOME2020 aims at catalysing further growth of our community along the threads of traditional and novel areas of investigation while chasing the dream of mastering the fine art of converting mechanical energy into chemical energy.
It gives us a great pleasure to announce you the International Conference on Mechanochemistry and Mechanical Alloying 2020 (INCOME2020).
INCOME2020 is organized by the International Mechanochemical Association (IMA) under the patronage of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) and by the Departments of Physics, of Chemical and Geological Science, and of Mechanical Chemical and Materials Engineering of the University of Cagliari.
