Part 1 : General Records and Reporting

  • Section 1-7 under subsection (1) and (2) describes two sets
  • f records being maintained for varying durations:
  • Subsection (1) lists the documents to be retained for 7

years from date the record was created

  • Subsection (2) lists the documents to be kept for the

entire operational life of the project and for a period 15 years after the operational life

  • Section 1-8 states important reporting requirements before

the start of the project , during the process of completion and after the project is complete.

Part 2 - Sewage Main Alternative Solution Components

Results-based Objective

  • Limit the probability of

unacceptable adverse effects resulting from the activity

Convey wastewater by taking reasonable and prudent measures:

  • Employ inert materials in

sewage main

  • Limit release of wastewater

during conveyance

  • Facilitate cleaning and

maintenance

Environmental Protection Plan (EPP)

  • Sets out methods that will

be employed to satisfy the results based objectives

  • Certificate by a qualified

person on the applicability

  • f the EPP
  • Documents Submittal

Part 2 - Water Main Alternative Solution Components

Results-based Objective

  • Limit the probability of

unacceptable adverse effects resulting from the activity

Result based objectives should be satisfied by

  • Water meets concentration limits,

chemical treatment standards and microbial and bacteriological standards as set in the Regulations.

  • Employ safe and effective

products

  • Resist foreign infiltration and

facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
