ABOUT US The Visitors’ Service of the United Nations Offjce at Nairobi was established in 2012 after a General Assembly decision to offer guided tours in the Nairobi complex. The guided tours service complements the existing UN Visitors’ Services in Geneva, New York and Vienna. HOW TO BOOK A TOUR How to reach us You can ontact us via phone or E-mail to request a tour booking. Alternatively, you can fjll in the online formular on our website. The booking will be confjrmed shortly after. Information needed Please send us your preferred date and time for a visit. We require the total number of guests and the payment scheme details (Citizens/Residents/Non-Residents, Students/Adults/Senior Citizens). Let us also know which tour arrangement you prefer. At least one day before the tour, we need the full names and (for adults) ID or passport numbers of all tour partici - pants. This is necessary to facilitate your entry at the security check. Please don’t forget to bring your ID! Payment The payment is made in cash (KES or USD) before the tour.
