SRA

  • Students may be deficient in decoding (misidentifying

words), comprehension skills (not understanding what they read), or both decoding skills and comprehension skills.

  • Based on an initial reading fluency/comprehension

assessment, students have been assigned a sra class. Students who have tested out of the program, will be assigned an alternate class.

  • The enrichment period called SRA is 1st period. This

class is essential to student achievement.

  • As an assigned class, grades will be calculated and

evaluated for promotion and/or retention.

  • Check your schedule for your 1st period class and log
