Witness Service

  • Witness Service operates in every

Magistrate and Crown Court to help those called in as witnesses

  • This service is confidential and free

Support at the court

  • Witness Service will normally contact witnesses

in advance of the court hearing to offer its services.

  • Witness Service helps witnesses victims, their

families and friends before, during and after a

  • hearing. This support is provided by trained

volunteers.

  • They help children as well as adults.
