“Unlimited Services strives for independency in the individuals, giving them a sense of accomplishment. The agency has well trained and confident staff to support each individual. I feel we, as an agency, are aiding to change their lives”. Cassie Phelps, Service Manager 03/07/2005 “I have worked for Unlimited Services since October, 2003. I have enjoyed working for them. It’s nice to have your ideas heard and tried. It’s a positive place to work. The benefits continue to improve for the

  • employees. I have had a lot of fun. The learning experience never ends. It’s challenging at times but also
  • rewarding. It’s a very good place to work because you feel valued as a team member”.

Staff Testimonial

“I started working with Unlimited Services in March of 2005. Since it was the first time I had ever attempted doing this type of work, I was unsure of what to expect or whether or not I was prepared for the challenges ahead. After training and getting acquainted with some of the individuals we serve, I soon realized that I was pleasantly surprised, as well as inspired by the company I had just been employed by, and the people we have the pleasure of being able to serve. This experience has brought just as much learning, gratification and real life experiences into my life, as I’m sure it has to the people that we serve on a daily

  • basis. With a very homelike environment its hard not to feel that the people I

work with are an extension of family or good friends. When you are able to witness a person move on into a life of virtual independence and to know that you played a part in the procedure, WOW!!! What a feeling! To see even the smallest successes on a daily basis is truly gratifying! Unlimited Services has continues to grow along with the people we serve, but in a steady and healthy manner, always putting its consumers first, as they are what we are all about. Kathleen Waller, Service Manager 3/17/2005

“My sister is afflicted with Downs Syndrome, and

  • ther mental and physical disabilities.

Unlimited Services has been providing residential, and vocational services to her for

  • ver four years, and most recently she has

been enjoying the new day-hab services they provide. The combination of the three services provides the caring, and professional support that she needs, to be as independent as possible in her home, job, and community. We are very pleased with the services Unlimited Services offers, and for what they have done and continue to do for my sister. Dawn Olberding, Guardian

“I found out first hand, Unlimited Services is just that, Unlimited Services! One evening as I sat looking out my front window I saw a light in the window of what I knew was a waiver apartment managed by Unlimited Services. I was desperately in need of services a the time so I mustered up the nerve to call US the next day. Though they could not actually provide the services I needed they did find someone who could and it’s working out well”. “After a cut in VNA Home Health Care hours I again was desperately looking for help and

  • nce again Unlimited Services came to my rescue. They now provide me with the additional

and much appreciated services I need. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Yes, wonderful, from the top on down”. Dorothy Wach, Service Recipient, Since November, 2004 Past Member, Advocates Advisory Board

“We are happy to have Unlimited Services help our family. Our family enjoys getting together at the summer picnics where we meet staff, families and friends of Rachael’s. They are very transparent at giving and receiving information, always willing to learn about Rachael and Down Syndrome”. Sharon Walters, Parent Member, Advocates Advisory Board “Now I know the meaning of the mission statement of Unlimited Services. Bringing Independence Home. This month I moved to an agency called Cedar Valley Services to be closer to my parents and hometown. I hated to say good-bye to my staff and friends but it was time for me to put to use everything I learned the past few years. I have moved closer to my parents and see many of my friends that go to my church. I am looking for a new

  • job. I really like it here; but I miss everyone”!
