PREMIUM PLAY PROGRAMS

Weekday, Weekend, Full-Week & the “57” Pass

WEEKDAY PASS

Weekday Pass

• The Weekday Premium Golf Pass

– Golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays** – A booking window of 2-days greater than the general public – Practice facility access on a space-available*** basis Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays** ($7.50 for non-play days) – Accompanied guests play for Trilogy Preferred Rate for guests – Standby privileges available on Friday-Sunday & Holidays** for $20 on:

• January 1st through April 30th after 2PM
• May 1st through December 31st after 12PM
• Does not contribute toward the maximum, nor is it covered by the maximum

– Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet

Weekday Pass

• The Weekday Premium Golf Pass

– Individual

• $2,125 pass fee
• $15 per round fee
• Maximum additional per round fees set at $1,875, or

the equivalent of 125 rounds

– Total Maximum Cost = $4,000

Weekday Pass

• $3,250 pass fee per couple
• $15 per round fee per player
• Maximum additional per round fees set at $3,000, or

the equivalent of 200 rounds

– Golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday- Sunday – A booking window of 2 days greater than the public – Practice facility access on a space-available*** basis Monday-Sunday – Accompanied guests play for Trilogy Preferred Rate for guests – Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet

• $2,650 pass fee
• $15 per round fee

the equivalent of 150 rounds

• $4,000 pass fee
• $15 per round fee
• Maximum additional per round fees set at $3,375, or

the equivalent of 225 rounds

• January 1st through April 30th after 2PM
• May 1st through December 31st after 12PM
• Does not contribute toward the maximum, nor is it covered by the maximum

– Accompanied guests play for Trilogy Preferred Rate for guests – Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet – Only 20 passes available (Couples passes count as 2 towards this total)

THE 57 PASS

• The 57 Pass

– Golf course access on a space-available* basis Sunday-Thursday from Sunday, November 16th through Thursday, April 16th, excluding holidays – Golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday-Sunday from Saturday, November 1st through Saturday, November 15th and Friday, April 17th through 2015 overseeding, holidays included – A booking window of 2-days greater than the general public – Practice facility access on a space-available*** basis for those days in which regular play is allowed by the pass ($7.50 for non-play days) – Accompanied guests will play for the applicable Trilogy Preferred Guest rate at the time of play – Standby privileges available on Friday-Sunday & Holidays** for $20 on:

• January 1st through April 16th after 2PM
• November 16th through December 31st after 12PM
• Does not contribute toward the maximum, nor is it covered by the maximum

– Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet

the equivalent of 140 rounds

Premium Play Programs

October 31st, and we will offer a one-time prorating for new pass holders only

• From Mid-January through March approximately one day each week

and eight weekend days will include a “rolling brownout” block from approximately 9:00AM to noon. On non-brownout days, the equivalent

• For the week of January 25th through February 1st, there will be an

additional four starting times reserved each day that may be booked

• nly at the posted rate or, for Trilogy residents, the 20% off Trilogy

Resident Rate provided for in the CC&R’s.

• Brownout days are as follows:

– January 15, 17, 29 & 31 – February 2, 10, 13, 21 & 26 – March 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26 & 30 – April - None

• Brownout days are reduced from 21 to 17
