Tribal Mensa began its ts work in 2002, four girls were identified who sc scored 98 PR from Sevadham Tribal Residential School, Village Malegaon Maval ta taluka Pune Dist strict Maharashtra. This inspired Mensa India Pune te team to to se seek hidden gifted st students from th the tr tribal areas.
