Transfers and Compliance
Trans ansfer fers
- TTAD reserves the right to reassign Hangars at any time. The TTAD does not consider space for non-aeronautical
uses during reassignments.
- To date staff has initiated 6 tenant transfers
- Tenant requested transfers are considered for like type hangars: T-Hangar to T-Hangar, Executive to Executive
- Transfer policy can help with compliance issues in some cases
Comp mplia ianc nce
- Tenants are required to keep the following documentation current:
- Certificate of insurance naming TTAD as additional insured
- FAA Registration and/or proof of ownership interest
- Current Annual Inspection documentation
- Hangars must be organized so that the aircraft of record can be moved into the hangar at all times
