He has work experience of over 15 years in German companies as a project manager. In early 1998 until 2001 he was the Project Team Coordinator supporting the Greek Ministry

  • f Labour to implement the measures of European founded projects.

From July 2001 until May 2005 he was assigned Head of the "Special Service Coordination and Monitoring Actions of the European Social Fund" at the Ministry of Labour Greece. Between 2006 and 2012 he has worked as a key expert in technical assistant projects supporting the Ministry of Labour in Romania in capacity building and as Training Coordinator for the officials at the Management Authorities (main, regional and intermediate) and key expert for capacity building at the Ministry of Health in Croatia. Since 2009 he is managing partner at EU-ROM training & consultancy Ltd in Bucharest, Romania.
