  • If both Ocean Township and Loch Arbour agree to

mandate a decrease in the budget, cuts will be made by the school board up to the amount specified

  • If both municipalities can not agree to an amount to

cut, the entire budget goes to the state for their review. The state then makes the determination for cuts
