Membership/Dues:  What are reasons you pay dues?  Why are reasons you or think others do not pay their dues?  Should dues remain voluntary or be mandatory? Development/Redevelopment:  How do you feel about the construction of new homes?  How do you feel about the renovations to existing homes?  Do you think Sharpstown is moving in the right or wrong direction with residential development/redevelopment? Many residents are not getting SCA/ACC approval before doing work 6. We don’t see that SCA has given approval for construction at a house 32 2 29 2 7.
