Modular data harvesting

 Modular data harvesting will give us the opportunity to (re)use data for multi purposes.  Examples: temperature/weather conditions, airpressure, noice, air quality, number of people, people density/movement, geo-info etc.  Datasets have to be anonymized.  We have to build a modular way for having datasets available
