Organisation of each week

 The children will be asked to choose 5 people that they would like share their week with; we will guarantee 2 of these to be on the same week with them.  If your child has prior commitments on certain dates, we will need to know these well in advance as after their week has been decided, this will be non-negotiable due to the logistics involved. Once their ‘week’ has been decided they will then choose 3 friends who they would like to share a room with. They will be guaranteed to be with at least one of these.  5 staff will attend each week.
