Some jobs are always going to be awkward. Consider reducing the duration of work, rotating workers or modifying tools.
POOR POSTURE = PAIN = TIME OFF WORK
THIS IS A VERY COMMON PRACTICE THAT SHOULD BE STOPPED!
Maintain a neutral spinal alignment staying close to the job.
Same desk, same chair, same equipment! Enlightened user!
Remember, don’t sit too long.....
.... or you’ll end up the same shape as your favourite chair!
So .... keep them bones a movin’!!!
