exerted on it by the earths gravitational pull.

  • Built-in ‘plum-line’ and ‘spirit level’.
  • Any deviation from ‘neutral’

increases the stresses and strain on the muscles, ligaments and joints.

tension in the supporting ligaments.

  • Physical injury, psychological stress

and the ageing process can all affect

Some jobs are always going to be awkward. Consider reducing the duration of work, rotating workers or modifying tools.
